Mindblossom: Online Media Strategist Wanted

This role will be a part of the Strategy and Media team under the Strategy and Account Management group at Mindblossom. The team is responsible for bringing strategy to life for MB’s client base through all facets of the online medium. All members of the team work collaboratively and cross functionally. This role, in particular, will be pivotal in scaling Mindblossom’s media strategy operations.
If you are seeking an exciting role where you coordinate online media planning and purchasing including: reviewing and pre-approving potential purchases; managing a budget; implementing and analyzing online advertising campaigns; seeking, developing and maintaining relationships with the key industry players and negotiating deals with media representatives, then we would love to meet you!
Supporting Activities include:
• Play an active role in process development for strategy and media team
• Assist the broader Strategy and Media team in achieving team goals
• Play an active role in cross functional work and best practice sharing
• Participate in other office-wide initiatives as necessary
Experience / Knowledge / Skills:
• 2-4 years experience in online media buying
• Strong negotiation and computer skills
• Experience with ad serving and tracking technologies such as Google Analytics highly desired
• Skilled multi-tasker with a desire to work in a results-oriented, fast growth environment
