Mindblossom is a leading Digital Marketing agency located in Toronto. We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our Toronto office to manage the execution and delivery of large, multi-phase projects. The ideal candidate has exceptional project management and leadership skills, plus a proven track record in managing large, multi-disciplinary teams delivering projects on time and budget.

Responsibilities

  • Manages and delivers projects on budget, on time, and on schedule.
  • Manages all aspects of project: scope, risk, schedule, budget, quality, and communication.
  • Prepare all project documentation: Project plans, Status reports, Risk Assessment plans, Change Requests, Resource Requests.
  • Lead project teams through all phases of the project life-cycle providing coaching, motivation and inspiration along the way.
  • Participate in internal Mindblossom-PMO programs including post project reviews, internal process initiatives and ongoing improvement practices.
  • Work closely with the Director, Production, communicate with clients and teams on an ongoing basis and ensure changing resource and project requirements are met and understood.
  • Responsible for project revenue management and reporting.
  • Manage all project related requests with the client.
  • Effectively interact with all levels of client management.
  • Participate in client pitches and proposals by preparing of project budgets and related materials.
  • Leverage project knowledge and client relationships to assist in revenue growth within the account.
  • Act as company advocate and embody the Mindblossom values: ideas, passion, creativity, and excellence.

Required Skills/Experience

  • A minimum of four years project management experience managing multi-phased interactive marketing projects, prefererably within an agency environment.
  • A track record delivering complex projects on time and on budget while maintaining effective client and team relationships.
  • Highly developed relationship management skills at senior levels.
  • In depth knowledge of project management tools, best practices and processes.
  • Understanding of Internet technologies and techniques.
  • Highly developed communication, presentation, leadership, facilitation and negotiation skills.
  • An undergraduate degree and/or equivalent experience and the successful completion of project management courses.
  • PMP preferred but not essential.
